Success Stories

Ralf Little

Ralf Little joined The Carol Godby Theatre Workshop in 1992 at the age of 12 and attended for about 6 years. Ralf attended both dance and drama classes at the workshop and took part in numerous performances. He particularly enjoyed singing and dancing and took part in many of the cabarets as well as the festivals of plays and pantomimes.

Ralf played Prince Charming to Vicky Binns’ Cinderella in a Christmas Panto and it was also at the workshop where Ralf first met Natalie Casey. They first became friends when they attended the same drama class and they performed numerous comedy sketches together at the cabaret evenings. Ralf and Natalie have since gone on to work together on a professional level in BBC comedy Two Pints of Lager.

Ralf had never had any professional experience before attending the workshop. Carol was quick to notice his talent and his first success was in BBC children’s programme Sloggers at the age of 13. From there on he had continued success through his involvement with Carol from Children’s Ward and Coronation Street to Heartbeat. At the age of 18 Carol helped Ralf to gain his role of Anthony in the Royle Family and from there Ralf has gone on to continued success.
