Singing Classes

Due to overwhelming interest we are now able to offer singing classes from new studio space within The Carol Godby Theatre Workshop. These fantastic sessions are held by our in house singing coach, Claire Hopkinson and assisted by our own young talent, Jodie Hamblet.

The classes aim to be fun, fresh and enjoyable whilst improving technique and vocal ability. We cater to a range of ages and abilities and offer group sessions, currently held on Wednesday evenings and all day on Saturdays.

As with the Rock School, the singing groups work towards performances at The Carol Godby Theatre Workshop annual Pop Show. Here they are given the opportunity to perform in front of a panel of industry professionals. We are also able to offer students the chance to work towards singing exams and qualifications which can build up extra UCAS points when applying for University.
